Hi folks. I'm new to this forum (and format), and I hope I'm not too old news; however, I have been afraid to eat bacon for several years since I "blamed" it for an episode (3 weeks in the biffy). I would die for a real gluten-free bacon...any suggestions?...pulleeeeeeezzz???

I think it was Freybe that we bought it from last time or it could have been Grimm's but I am pretty sure it was Freybe either one. They are both great Gluten Free companies that I get a lot of stuff from.
