Oh great gurus of the Celiac board, I have yet to find a pre-mixed, bottled shake that is gluten, dairy AND soy free. If I relax my dairy and/or soy restrictions (I keep fairly loose restrictions now though I should be tighter) I can find one or two, but not if I want it free of all three. Any suggestions??? I know you guys must have something for me.

Pre-mixed is a hard ask because they all like to use the cheaper alternatives. Rice protein is freely available, but I have not seen it premixed. Mind you, I am not usually looking for premixed :o I have also used hemp protein powder but would doubt it would be in a premixed product. You may just have to make and take your own

I'll look into those. I just always liked being able to keep a bottle in the fridge on stand-by. But I guess I could handle scooping and shaking on occasion ;)

Thanks for your reply :D

There are powdered rice protein shake mixes, and also pea protein shake mixes, though the plain protein powders are usually much cheaper. The better mixes are sweetened with Stevia. Do avoid those with artificial sweeteners, and of course watch out for gluten-containing ingredients. That is yet another reason to go with the plain powders, so you can make up your own blend with safe, wholesome ingredients. For a quick and convenient way to use these, you might try something called a Blender Bottle.

The powders, mixes, and the bottles are available here. I'm sure other places have them as well.
