I have not found anything commercially sold *sigh*. But, a friend of mine is indian and she makes fried onions with besan flour (chickpea) as a snack. I will ask her how she makes it but in the mean time you can prob google a recipe if you want to try it.

I have never had green bean casserole, or Open Original Shared Link, but I've heard of people using them in place of the fried onions.

Just a quick comment . . . you can't use the Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup for green bean casserole. Check Pacific Foods Cream of Mushroom or Progresso's Creamy Mushroom (it's got slices of mushrooms...which doesn't work at my house unless I puree it because heaven forbid we see a mushroom in our casserole! <_< )

This Green

Bean casserole sounds yummy. A bit fancy if the family is expecting the French's version. It has a crispy onion topping.

Seneca the makers of dried apples & fruits makes a gluten-free fried onion crisp.... They are very hard to find ,can be ordered online & are very good even for snacking....

When I used the progresso mushroom soup, it was kinda loose, so I used cornstarch to thicken it. I also used the funyuns. My kids loved it more than the campbell's.

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?
    • Aussienae
I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.
    • trents
What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
    • mishyj
Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
