Today is my birthday! I'm having all sorts of yummies to eat today (especially for dinner). For lunch I made thin crust pizza topped with spinach and feta. Lactose-free cheese and chocolate milk.

Confirmed celiac disease February 2011 from biopsies (had both gastroscopy and colonoscopy). Strictly gluten free March 18 2011.
Diagnosed with fibromyalgia April 13 2011.
3 herniated discs, myofascial pain syndrome, IT band syndrome, 2 rotator cuff injuries - from an accident Dec. 07 - resulting in chronic pain ever since. Degenerative disc disease.
Osteoarthritis in back and hips.
Chronic insomnia mostly due to chronic pain.
Aspartame free May 2011.
Dairy free August 15 2011. Can tolerate aged cheese Jan. 2012. Cannot tolerate much cheese at all 2013 so am eating lactose free cheese and drinking lactose free milk.

lunch today is quinoa & lentils with sun dried tomatoes & red onion also roast pork with lots and lots of garlic

After a very, very long battle to keep dairy .I am dairy free
i.e. If it tries to kill me I do not eat it .
After 40+ years of misdiagnoses I was diagnosed with:
Dermatitis Herpetiformis : Positive DH biopsy .
Celiac :based on DH biopsy and diet response.
Hashimoto's thyroiditis disease . April/11

I could use one to make me lunch. I may have eaten an entire breaded, fried zucchini today for lunch when I could feel my face again after my dentist appointment.
I know zucchini starts out as a healthy food but I may have turned it into junk food. Oops.

This morning I made some unctuous creamy potato, corn and poblano soup seasoned with lots of fresh thyme.

I often have homemade soup or Dahl for lunch. Sometimes just some fresh fruit will keep me going.
Gluten free since late 2007
Intolerant to soy, corn, any form of chocolate
Egg free, Almond free, Bell Pepper free, Brazil Nut free since mid 2012
Almost Alcohol free since Jan 2012
I have just recently started experiencing symptoms when eating fish (past month or so)
