Wow...much better than their last segment. They must have gotten a lot of hate mail (I know many of us on this forum sent complaints). Still not perfect information, but much MUCH better. I just wish the symptom lists had been a bit more comprehensive. I didn't have a ton of GI symptoms initially (of course if I get glutened now I will). Sometimes I still wish I had gotten all my tests done before I started the diet, but who knows if they would have given me the answers I wanted anyway. I was so fed up with doctors by the time I figured it out, that I just wanted to start immediately.

I think it was a nice mea culpa without admitting how wrong they were. At least they did't advise starting gluten-free diet before testing. They also emphasized that Celiac is a serious disease and not a food fad. Although she did not list all symptoms of Celiac, she did give enough to know that it is not only intestinal. Does anyone know all the symptoms, anyway? All in all, I feel better about their report today than I have in the past.
