I have nothing to do with setting this up but I got notice from a local restaurant that there will be a first-ever (for the Roanoke, Va., area) gluten-free expo featuring local businesses and restaurants that offer gluten-free food or products. The expo will be at Tanglewood Mall from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. I have no idea how many businesses will be represented but definitely will be checking it out with my father.
