Hello, I am giving a shower for my DIL and she has Celiacs. I need to have things that are gluten free and all or mostly all from Costco. The first things that come to mind are the veggie platter, fruit platter, Island Way sorbet, nuts, cheese, gluten-free cracker...

What is your opinion on the things listed? What else could I serve?

Thank you for your help and ideas,
Sandy

Veggies and hummus, corn tortilla chips with salsa ( love the mango peach one) or guacamole. I have heard the chicken sausages are good ( & say gluten-free).

Sounds good to me. I'll be there! :)

Frozen shrimp (you'll have to make cocktail sauce)

The Legal Seafood ones are awesome!

Sounds good; Karen will pick me up! ;)

Ooo! Forgot about the shrimp! The have some yummy hot dogs, too. The Rotisserie chicken if you have a recipe to use that in. Maybe little tostada?

The sausages are great! I eat them all the time!!

You could add pepperoni to the cheese and cracker plate.

Black bean salsa and chips

Jello with cool whip or with fruit in it
