So I'm 4 months into the diet. I still have brain fog daily. It feels like I've been in a dream for over a year. Sometimes I still get pretty fatigued too. I also get these attacks where my heart feels weird and it feels like I can't breath right. I'm not sure if those are just panic attacks or what but I seem to be getting them daily now. I get very anxious around people and it's hard for me to interact. How long until all of this ends? Anyone with a similar story?
