For YEARS I have had a spot on my nose that looked like a pimple. It was raised and red, but not itchy thank goodness. I have now been gluten free for just over a week and guess what, that spot has just about disappeared. Could a single, not itchy, spot like that be DH? I am just glad it is almost completely gone!

It probably wasn't/isn't dh but it could be a precursor. Or it could simply be what it is -- a raised, red spot. But celiacs tend to have skin issues & many of them resolve when you go gluten-free so it's not surprising that the bump is going away. So just be happy!Posted Image

Summer 2013 We both have added back a little soy which is near unavoidable & we are doing okay with that small amount.
