I was wondering if anyone knows if the food lion brand yogurt (the sugar free, non-fat, and light) yogurts are gluten free. By looking at the food label it seems like they are.

I don't know as I don't buy it...but I'd go with the ingredients listed on the label. The top allergens would have to be declared in the ingredient list.
