I'm looking at Wisconsin Dells as a close-by vacation option after things settle down after our daughter's wedding. Husband is gluten intolerant. I'm looking at places with kitchens so we can have safe breakfasts, but I don't want to cook everything if I can avoid it.

If I have to, I can look each place up and e-mail, but if someone can help, that will be one less thing on my plate this summer.

Hopefully we will have some money left after the wedding

Thanks!

We have been to the Dells twice since gluten-free and it's not the easiest place but you can get through a few days.
The best option is the Cheese Factory. It's a small healthy restaurant that knows gluten-free well. I believe the menu is marked.
Damonís is doable if you order one of these: steak, salmon, grilled chicken, ribs, baked potato, veggies, salad,or applesauce.
Marley's is a really fun carribean restaurant. They don't have a gluten-free menu but the manager was able to help us order.
There is a Wendy's which is helpful in a pinch and a Denny's which provides a nutritional guide online.
Good luck and enjoy the wedding!
