I have yet to be diagnosed, but in the event that I am, what are some quick lunch ideas? What brand of deli meat do you all recommend?

Hormel is safe says gluten free on package
Boars head are also safe
Oscar Mayer is questionable they use a shared factory and cannot claim to be gluten-free
Some generic/store brands say gluten-free on package ie Market basket is gluten-free

Some people talk to the deli dept manager and ask for a sliced order to be done first thing in am after cleaning and before anything else is cut. I would not trust it but others have.

good luck

Misdiagnosed for 25+ years; finally DXed on 11/01/10. I figured it out myself. Double DQ2 genes. This thing tried to kill me. I view Celiac as a fire breathing dragon --and I have run my sword right through his throat.
