gluten-free since June, 2011
Can't eat soy, corn, or foods high in salicylates.
Nightshades now seem to bother me too.
BUT I CAN STILL PLAY MY GUITAR AND THAT"S ALL THAT MATTERS!

We always rinse off fish, chicken, and meat before cooking it. The local grocery sells their tilapia in the unfrozen display case both plain and breaded ready-to-cook, right next to each other, so I don't get that stuff anymore and instead use the frozen packaged kind.

I suggest trying it one more time to see. This is a tough intolerance to have since most gluten-free processed food contains it (bread, pizza crust, pasta, crackers, cereal, etc)
