Hi, I've been gluten free for about 3 months, but I haven't really been taking much in terms of vitamins, supplements, probiotics, etc.
My doctor gave me some probiotics, but they were capsules and the capsules themselves had malt in them. He told me to just open them up and pour the powder into my drink/food, but taking something that was housed in a gluten-y capsule seems counterproductive...
I did get a vitamin deficiency test done about a year ago, and didn't have any major deficiencies, only minor Co Q-10 and B12.
So what all should I be taking? Also, has anyone tried the Celiact pills? They sound promising, but I don't know...
Which Supplements Etc. To Take?
