I haven't had pizza in a coons age... I found this mix and was so excited! It was very sticky to spread out but with a lot of patients and olive oil I had finally succeeded.. I prebaked it topping it with some seasoning... I than put green, yellow, red peppers, onions pepperoni, hunts tomato sauce and Mozzarella cheese...
It was so good but hubby didn't like it... He said the crust was more like corn mill, gritty and salty...
After I ate 3 small pieces

I started getting severe pains in the pit my stomach... I feel really nausated, with loss of appetite... I had my gallbladder removed last November at the time a large hiatal hernia was found, that may be what my discomfort is from... It's been 24 hours and I still feel the same...

I buy Bob Red Mill's. I like the taste and the non-gluten-free husband will even enjoy it :)

Could be it just did not agree with you? pepperoni, sauce, etc?
Sorry for the tummy ache! :(

We use the CHEBE's brand. Not gritty or funny tasting at all.

Maybe you can give it a try?
