Been to both recently and happy to state they have gluten-free options.

Pru Center (outside sec 6) has a G.F stand with Red Bridge, Hot Dogs / Sausage with gluten-free buns, pretzels and some other snacks.

MSG - (one complaint - not open for Springsteen concert but was open for Ranger game) has a healthy food stand - don't remember the exact name - but it had Red Bridge, Green's and Woodpecker Cider as well as gluten-free cookies (healhty?) and some other snacks / salads.  I did not check everything for gluten-free but I did have a Black and White cookie (one of my favorites before celiac disease)and some Red Bridge.  Looks to be only on the main level but that may change as the rest of the Garden is renovated
