Strange memory request. Every single Olympics since my 11 year old has been born, we have eaten soft pretzels and watched them. I don't even buy those any other time throughout the year. I really don't know how it started 8 years ago. We even do it on Winter Olympics. This year, wham....celiac. She has already mentioned we have to do it again this year. Does anyone know how to make soft pretzels?

Try this one. I bought the book gluten free on a shoestring by Nichole Hunn and it has lots of recipes like that in it. I haven't personally tried them but many other of her recipes. I have seen frozen pretzels in a whole foods store before too.
