I got a really good deal on ripe peaches so we have peach cobbler. Just used the recipe from my good ole Betty Crocker cookbook with a few substitutions. I had forgotten how good cobbler is.

Grilled plumcots with spiced honey and Greek yogurt.
Confirmed celiac disease February 2011 from biopsies (had both gastroscopy and colonoscopy). Strictly gluten free March 18 2011.
Diagnosed with fibromyalgia April 13 2011.
3 herniated discs, myofascial pain syndrome, IT band syndrome, 2 rotator cuff injuries - from an accident Dec. 07 - resulting in chronic pain ever since. Degenerative disc disease.
Osteoarthritis in back and hips.
Chronic insomnia mostly due to chronic pain.
Aspartame free May 2011.
Dairy free August 15 2011. Can tolerate aged cheese Jan. 2012. Cannot tolerate much cheese at all 2013 so am eating lactose free cheese and drinking lactose free milk.

My daughter will be having oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. She's away for 5 weeks and had to hunt down the package at the dorm. She was determined to find them when she knew they were delivered!
Mom to 2 children with Celiac and husband with Celiac
Son-diagnosed Sept. 2011 with numbers off the chart, positive biopsy, hypothyroidism, ADHD, PDD (totally mainstreamed in School)
Daughter-diagnosed Jan. 2012 with no symptoms blood test positive, biopsy negative, hypothyroidism. Chose to go Gluten Free, dancer and straight A high school student
Husband-positive blood test, hypothyroidism and decided to skip the endoscopy

You're welcome.(I love my drawstring pants.) I need to go shopping and get some fresh fruits.
Last night I had an ice cream float made with french vanilla and orange pop. Taste just like a cream-sickle, tonight I am having a beer for dessert.

Tonight, we are having No dessert.
sigh, my Bikini is too tight. I tried it on yesterday and the top burst open and flew 50 feet across the yard, hit the cat who was sunning herself, which prompted her to run smack into the screen house at full speed, rip open a section of screening and then, I had to explain it to hubs when he got home from golf.
