Hello all,

I have just been diagnosed with Gluten intolerance and switched to a G.F. diet. As a teacher I know full well of how kids can be when faced with the unknown(I'm 49 and know I am). I have found a G.F. diet has not only made me feel much better about the way I feel, but in my general wellness too. Having suffered from anxiety since my divorce I have found my anxiety meds work better being G.F. A friend of mine has a child with Celiac's which has helped a great deal.

Welcome to the forums. I'm sure you'll feel much better now that you're not poisoning yourself anymore!
