Why don't you start a new thread in the recipe section since there seems to be so much interest in condiments including ketchups, mustards, barbecue sauces, pestos, salsas, marmalades and preserves. It would probably get the attention it deserves for those who haven't checked these posts.Wonder whether this thread should be moved to the recipes section?
Personally, I think I'll just come to your house to eat!!!

Yes I shall start a new thread for that right now. And yes I love just about any sauce other than ranch based sauces. Tangy and sweet Barbecue, mustard and catsup I will put on just about anything. I love mild hot sauce on chicken. I'm a pretty good cook I just don't have much experience with a lot of these homemade things. I really miss those turkey sandwiches with mayo and mustard that I grew up with that stuck to the roof of my mouth and just melted. Anyway I hope church service went very well I look forward to learning from a gluten-free master chef

Razzle, you mentioned your throat being sore or swelled? Have you been checked for Hashimoto's thyroiditis yet? Hashi's is an autoimmune disease where the immune cells attack the thyroid. They can test your blood for the thyroid antibodies, I believe it is TPO antibodies. Especially with throat swelling, it would be a good thing to have tested. People with Hashimoto's sometimes get hyper-thyroid symptoms and sometimes get hypo-thyroid symptoms. They swing back and forth, real-life swingers!
Job 30:27 My bowels boiled, and rested not: the days of affliction prevented me.
Thyroid cyst and nodules, Lactose / casein intolerant. Diet positive, gene test pos, symptoms confirmed by Dr-head. My current bad list is: gluten, dairy, sulfites, coffee (the devil's brew), tea, Bug's Bunnies carrots, garbanzo beans of pain, soy- no joy, terrible turnips, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and hard work. have a good day! :-) Paul

Haha that would actually explain a lot. It kinda fits. I will talk to the doc about that.
