So my allergist ran a celiac blood panel on me a few weeks ago, and of course, the tests were negative. I had been eating gluten for roughly a month, which was what he told me, though I understand it probably should be longer (I am still eating gluten).

I'm planning to talk to him about biopsies, further testing, and I also want to see a copy of my tests. Which ones should I look for, and which ones should I request if they haven't been done?

I also want to discuss a diagnosis. I'll be a college freshman in the fall, and housing is wayyyy more willing to work with me if I have a piece of paper saying I have dietary restrictions brought on by a health condition (I've eaten in their dining hall, and there isn't much, especially when coupled with the fact that I can't eat MSG and too much processed food makes me sick).

Also: for a biopsy, I obviously have to see a gastro specialist, but if I'm suspecting other autoimmune/systemic disorders (and there are other things that I have concerns over--chronic infections being one of them), should I see a rheumatologist?

Thank you! They said they only did four over the phone, but didn't tell me which 4, and I know there are a bunch.
