I am sooooo excited!! I bought a gluten-free bread mix from the gluten-free section in Sobeys. The name brand is "Duinkerken." You just have to add canola oil, yeast, eggs, and water. I just tried a piece fresh out of the oven and it is delicious! Seriously may even be better than regular bread! I am very pleased!! Worth trying guys :)

Your happiness is contagious! :D I confess I do not really like the bread (I really miss the real thing and likely always will) but the pizza crust is pretty good. Not as good as homemade, of course, but decent. Worth trying, especially if you do not enjoy baking.

Having said that, it is a good thing when you find a product you fall in love with. Safely. :P

Confirmed celiac disease February 2011 from biopsies (had both gastroscopy and colonoscopy). Strictly gluten free March 18 2011.
Diagnosed with fibromyalgia April 13 2011.
3 herniated discs, myofascial pain syndrome, IT band syndrome, 2 rotator cuff injuries - from an accident Dec. 07 - resulting in chronic pain ever since. Degenerative disc disease.
Osteoarthritis in back and hips.
Chronic insomnia mostly due to chronic pain.
Aspartame free May 2011.
Dairy free August 15 2011. Can tolerate aged cheese Jan. 2012.  Cannot tolerate much cheese at all 2013 so am eating lactose free cheese and drinking lactose free milk.

When our lives are squeezed by pressure and pain, what comes out is what is inside.
