I was wondering why my energy and disposition was all over the place, about three days ago i consumned some garlic suasage, i should have read the label, it had wheat flour in it. Any ways lesson learnt read labels, not what's in your product. Further comments and observation, i have been eating wheat products all my life, i use to read labels just to see what the carbs content was etc, so wheat never entered into the picture. I live with my family whom comsumne wheat products, so i will have to be on the vigilance for cross contaimination.
