Hello, I have been following an IBS safe diet forever and now my blood tests showed I may have celiac. With the IBS diet soymilk is substituted for real milk but I noticed its not good for celiac. Is there any kind that is?

I don't know anything about IBS really, but dairy is not always a problem for celiacs. It can be an additional allergy, or it can be that during the healing process diary is more difficult to digest, but dairy in general is not always linked to celiac. I have been diagnosed celiac, and as far as I know I do not have any issues with dairy. Many do however, so I think it's an individual issue.
However, there is also an almond milk that i hear is pretty good if you want to try something different. If you are Celiac be careful to avoid rice milk. It contains barley in it.

Many SOY milks are gluten-free, but many RICE milks are not. As always, there are exceptions to these rules. I have had no problems with Soy Dream. I have also read that Silk soymilk and EdenBLEND soy/rice milk are gluten-free (but Eden's RICE milk is NOT). I'm sure there are others, as well. Some nut milks are gluten-free, and some are not. It always pays to contact the manufacturer!
