I made Bella multigrain sandwich bread today and it was amazing! After I tasted it, I actually went and dug the wrapper out of the trash to make sure I didn't buy a gluten mix by mistake. I highly recommend it!

I got it at our health food store. It's local, not sure if something like Whole Foods or TJ's has it. I saw it on Amazon but you had to buy at least 4 - I know buying in bulk expensive gluten free products that you haven't tried before can be scary though.

Does it have to be mixed up with a stand mixer? I don't have one of those and won't have the room or funds for a while for one..... It LOOKS WONDERFUL though!
