Soy free Nov/10
After a very, very long battle to keep dairy .I am dairy free
i.e. If it tries to kill me I do not eat it .
After 40+ years of misdiagnoses I was diagnosed with:
Dermatitis Herpetiformis : Positive DH biopsy .
Celiac :based on DH biopsy and diet response.
Hashimoto's thyroiditis disease . April/11
Diagnosed type 2 Diabetes March/13

Equally interesting, for me, is everybody's weight. 61 kg here.....

diagnosed type one diabetic 1973
diagnosed celiac winter 2005
diagnosed hypothyroid spring 2006
But healthy and happy!

11 year-old Son had negative blood panel, but went on gluten-free diet of his own volition to see if his concentration would improve, his temper abate, and his energy level would increase. Miraculous response!

Seems like a lot of older folk and a couple young'ns so far.
Diagnosis by biopsy of practically non-existent villi; gluten-free since July 2000.
Type 1 (autoimmune) diabetes diagnosed in March 1986

Hey you said it not me, in the presence of all these witnesses and it is set in"online" which unlike stone, cannot be washed away.
Dairy, Corn and Yeast free 7/'12
Nightshade Free, Candida diet & low salicylates 8/'12
Nightshades and carbs and sugars limitedly reintroduced, most salicylates now tolerated 9/'12
No longer Reacting to yeasty breads 10/'12
Test confirmed yeast overgrowth, back on Candida diet 11/'12
You only get one life so make it count.

Confirmed celiac disease February 2011 from biopsies (had both gastroscopy and colonoscopy). Strictly gluten free March 18 2011.
Diagnosed with fibromyalgia April 13 2011.
3 herniated discs, myofascial pain syndrome, IT band syndrome, 2 rotator cuff injuries - from an accident Dec. 07 - resulting in chronic pain ever since. Degenerative disc disease.
Osteoarthritis in back and hips.
Chronic insomnia mostly due to chronic pain.
Aspartame free May 2011.
Dairy free August 15 2011. Can tolerate aged cheese Jan. 2012. Cannot tolerate much cheese at all 2013 so am eating lactose free cheese and drinking lactose free milk.

I would give a LOT to be only 61 kg. But then I am 5'9" so it is better that I am not. Thanks a lot for bringing it up!46...... . . .. .. . ..That's about 42 American....
