On Gluten Free Diet And Still Tired?

I have heard of people who are smoker and worried that there is gluten in it, nah don't worry about it. the glue that keep the paper together you know, while you lit the cigarettes it burn the gluten away ( glue) you can't get gluten from it.

but.... if you are tired or depression even you are on gluten free diet, it is smoking that makes you tired and feeling depression or feeling lazy, it's not gluten free diet. You just need to stop smoking.

if you are not smoker then maybe you need to eat more if you have poor eating habit even you don't feel like eat then eat anyway, ( like I do ) eat an apple or any fruit then wait until 30 to one hour you will feel like eating your meal.if you are on gluten free diet and feeling depression, I would suggest that you need to walk two block or join the gym. When you work out you get same good boost like anti depression medicine, but it's more healthy.

I used to take medicines for long time( even gluten free medicine) They still makes things worse and the make the vitamins don't work well then you get all kind of health problems because with out vitamins your body gets weaker and sick more. Maybe it is a good idea to detox your body from all the medicine you take for many years. it takes 7 days for your body to cleaned then try to find herbs and eat healthy food. Lot of the time when people are on gluten free diet, they have low iron and vitamin B 12, it is very common. I know we need medicine, but talk to your doctor about it, but the problem is that lot of doctors don't believe in herbs and they give you medicines so they can make MONEY! don't start detox until you study more about it. I'm smoker and I need to stop smoking! :)

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
