I was just wondering if anyone knows if Food Club Brand (Food City) Corn Flakes are gluten-free? The ingredients like malt and I wasn't sure if it came from corn or barley?

Most of the time malt is from barley so it would not be safe.

That's what I was thinking. I have two "extend" family members with celiac disease that say it's OK and they gave my dd some tonight and then she started flipping out! They also use gluten make-up and lick stamps and envelopes!!
Do you get sick from touching something like an envelope with gluten even if you wash you hands immediately? Seems like we're getting really sensitive.....

I use gluten free products(makeup, shampoos, soaps) and all that kind of stuff.
For just touching something and then immediately washing my hands after- that is fine but I don't even like that so if I can avoid it I will but if not I am just super careful.

Just wanted to let everyone know that I called on the Food Club Corn Flakes just to make sure and they do contain gluten!!
