I wouldn't worry about inks. They aren't all over my hands or on my food or dishes. I doubt they have any gluten. If they were dangerous, I'm sure the various Celiac Centers and associations would have the word out.

No credible source that I know of has raised this as a concern, so it is not something that I worry about.

An opinions on this? Supposedly this company supplies both gluten and chemicals. So do we have to worry about CC from acids, processor fluids, etc.?

Again, bizarre question but I'm a little curious.

Like Peter and I have said, there are no credible Celiac sources that say we need to worry about these chemicals. That assumes you aren't eating them? Still, any cc of gluten wouldn't be what made you sick if you ate them.
