Hi gang,
It's been a while since I've been on here! Hope you all are doing well.

My girlfriend and I (both of us are gluten-free) are travelling to a wedding next month in Cicero, NY - North Syracuse area. Most of our meals will be taken care of, but we're still going to need dinner one night, and maybe some other stuff along the way. Any suggestions as to where we may be able to go for a good meal?

I'm probably too late on this but in case anyone else is traveling to the North Syracuse area I thought I would respond. For groceries, Wegmans on Route 11 has a good gluten free section. For restaurants I recommend Coppertop, also on Route 11. When we have gone there our waitress told us the head chef will handle your order and will prepare it in a separate area if you need gluten free. They also have gluten free pasta.
