Cross Contamination?

I just ate sunflower seeds, and feel sick again. They are roasted sunflower seeds, with no salt. I have read of cross contamination from wheat, is this true? I felt fine before I ate them:(

Many nuts and seeds are processed on shared equipment and can have traces of gluten, it is often declared on the package but not always. Were there any other ingredients listed? There is also a possibility you have a problem with the sunflower seed itself - I can't eat them.
