Anyway, these tortillas are a nice texture - a little stiff, but better than some others I've tried. I did learn today to NOT overheat them as they get overly stiff and chewy. 10-15 seconds in the microwave seems about right depending on the strength of your microwave. I used them today to make chili burritos - held up very nicely! They are in the freezer section, but according to the packaging, can be stored in the fridge or on counter for 10 days - I would keep in the freezer if not using right away though. Just thought I would share...Happy Monday all!

Finally found the Plain Rudi's gluten-free tortillas at my local Whole Foods - they are pretty good! I used to have a lot of recipes that used tortillas for burrito type wraps and I simply don't care very much for corn tortillas (unless I'm making enchiladas of course...but the flavor is masked by large amounts of sauce, cheese and sour cream)
