Detoxification From Salicylates

I believe I have grown sensitive to them from over-consumption of fruits and veggies in the recent months after having to go gluten and grain free....
I am sticking to mostly these foods for the time being:
allowed low sal veggies
ricotta and cottage cheese
beef & chicken
does anyone know how long it takes to clear the sals from your system before you can feel relief/begin re-introducing?

For myself, I have found that I can eat pistachios, but only ten or twelve a week. I tried blueberries, which I absolutely love, but they didn't work for me. I think because I love them so much I ate too many. I had a half-pint of organic ones, and it took me three days to eat them, but to be honest, by the second day I knew I was reacting. I finished them on the third day anyway because I knew I'd never be able to eat them again, so I savored every bite.
At some point next summer I am going to go as low sals as possible for three months, then try bluberries again - just a small handful. It's better than nothing...
gluten-free since June, 2011
Can't eat soy, corn, or foods high in salicylates.
Nightshades now seem to bother me too.
BUT I CAN STILL PLAY MY GUITAR AND THAT"S ALL THAT MATTERS!
