Help Understanding Test Results

I'm a newbie here and recently have undergone some testing for Celiac Disease. If anyone could help me understand some of these test results, I would greatly appreciate it. A little background information, I have been off of gluten completely for 4 years and have been tested positive for a gluten allergy. I have some other health issues and my doctor recently ran the Celiac disease HLA DQ test (results of which I need help interpreting). It appears negative, but I have a few alleles (I think?) and they ran a celiac panel. Celiac panel was normal, but since I have been off gluten for 4 years now, according to my understanding that test isn't completely accurate if you aren't actively eating gluten.

Celiac Disease HLA DQ:

DQ2 (DQA1 0501/0505, DQB1 02XX) Negative

DQ8 (DQA1 03XX, DQB1 0302) Negative

Final Results:

DQA1*01:MV, 05:EF

DQB1*03: JVYH, 05:01

Code Translation:

JVYH 01/27/28/29/35

MV 01/04/05

EF 05/09

The Patient is positive for DQA1*05, one half of the DQ2 heterodimer. The Celiac Disease risk from the HLA DQA/DQB genotype is approximately 1:1842 (0.05%)....etc.

So what I see is that I am negative for this, but what do these alleles mean? Do they mean anything to me?

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.

      My daughter has celiac disease and has had for a long time. She fell loses strictly gluten-free diet and recently got rid of all cutting boards in any gluten in her house at all. She just had a stool test and it came back showing of gigantic response to gluten in her diet. What could be going on since she doesn't eat any gluten and is very careful about any...
