Is Kale high in this? I was on a website for salicylic sensitivity (which i'm not positive i have ) and i was wondering if Kale is high in it but it wasn't listed?

I'm not sure, but I did find this. AND, if you go halfway down the page, a poster named "Moral Animal" has some interesting theories about tolerating sals.

thanks but hmmm looking for more direct answer considering there are charts on websites to let you know. I know Okra and broccoli are high..i eat broccoli and it's not an issue...not trying tomatoes or peppers anytime soon...they are "very high".
