Maybe this is old news but I was so excited today when we went to Unos and found an expanded gluten-free menu! I had the guacamole burger on an Udi's gluten free bun and it was delicious. We were treating my daughter to lunch after her appt at University of Maryland to discuss her possible celiac diagnosis (positive bloodwork so far). The timing couldn't have been more perfect as I've been suspecting the diagnosis and prepping her for the diet change which is going to be rather difficult for a 9 year old. She also had an Udi's burger and raved about it. It just helped solidify the discussions I've been having with her that there will be alternatives to her favorite foods that still taste great. YAY!

Their gluten-free pizza is also really great! It's a thin crust and personal which let's you avoid the toping fight. I got it a few weeks ago and loved it.
