Found out i had a gluten allergy about 2.5 years ago and finally went gluten-free 2 months ago( nobody told me what the consenquences were). Well since then i have devoloped severe naseua and fatigue and just general blah feel and am still having pain in my stomach. I have been to the doctor a few times and they dont know whats wrong. I was wondering if this could be more food allergies popping up. Thanks in advance. P.s. ocd on cc

Recovery from the gut damage can take some time. Yourt vili need to heal so they can start absorbing nutrients properly again and repair themselves. Also the healing process can take a lot of enrgy. The bacteria in your gut may change with some dieing off an new strains taking over. Recovery is not alwys a straightline progress.

Keep going though and give it time. Smoetimes you have to be patient with your body.
