I believe this is what I'll put on my Christmas list for my hubby to buy. Would love to get some recommendations on brands/features.

I don't have one but I'm putting one on my list, although I probably won't get it until next year. :( The new magazine I picked up has spiffy new Zojirushi bread machine. It has a gluten free setting and a heater on top so it cooks evenly. And it makes cakes. And it makes jam. Yeah... I still can't cook rice though so maybe I need that rice cooker first.

Gluten free January 2012.

Tyramine free June 2012 - slowly getting a few foods back at a time.... scratch that

Low Histamine April 2013 - I swear this better be the last time I have to restrict my diet because giving up chocolate is the final straw

Iodine free briefly fall 2012
