I have no idea if she can fulfil her contract. I guess maybe I think it is good for people to back her up but not good when people attack her without knowing the facts.

I hate to see people attacked, especially if they have a cr**y disease which is different for all of us.

If a person cannot do the job they are hired to do, there is a legitimate cause to reconsider their employment. In some jobs, arrangements can be made; however, I could see this being much more difficult for an actress/actor on a show. A hit or miss performer can sink the show quickly. I still think we are missing some of the story.

The problem is she was not dismissed by CBS. She has not been released from her contract to the show. She has stated both in print and in spoken word - she understands if they need to replace her, but release her from the contract so she can look for alternative work.

Exactly. It really is as simple as that, yet some people on this thread are still missing the point.

If you watch the video Adalaide posted, you will see the answers to your questions.

Dr. Fasano VALIDATES the fact that celiacs suffer LONG TERM consequences.

Watch the video. It explains the circumstances of her "release" from work pretty clearly.

She got screwed.

so sorry.....the video Alucard posted. My apologies, hon. ;)

Credit where it is due, Alucard found the video. I would have had us all waiting until Dec. 2 for it. I'll take credit for being generally awesome though and getting us pointed that way. B)

Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep searching for a cause?

I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

"her stool study showed she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that." The wording of this part of the sentence does not make any sense at all. I don't mean to insult you, but is English your first language? This part of the sentence sounds like it was generated by translation software.

What kind of stool test was done? Can you be more specific?
    • mishyj
Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
