If you shout does your quote still echo in a whisper?

If a quote falls in a post does it  still echo in a forum?

Only if there's someone to read it, I suppose. And provided it's not a hanging quotation.

 

The younger colleagues that came observing my class today were blown away. I'm pretty proud of myself.

Oh, man.. . . ..another step for me to have to remember....I have to highlight the quote, then designate it as font # 14 or 18.....Why has Skaought decided to make all of our quotes automatic whispers?...  .what's going on within the administrative bowels of C.com, anyways?.. .. :unsure: .. ..POeter? We need to gather en masse, and state quite firmly to The Big Guy -- We are the ninety-nine percent, and we are WHISPERING NO MORE!... .. . ...We want our quotations HEARD! Shouted from the ROOFTOPS! There have been some performance issues of late, and an upgrade was put on the board software last night. There have been some unexpected effects, including the matter of quotes.
