What do you think? I didn't start feeling off until yesterday after i fed my dog (who does eat gluten). Now i have a rather stuffy nose, aches, an ear/head ache, "C" bad, tiredness, and i feel as if i'm in a fog.

Of course, some of those are shared by both sides. However, since i'm staying with gluten eaters....you never know...

this is a rewritten condensed version of my failed thread from last night :)

Sounds like germs to me, but as you know, we all react to cc differently so it very well could be gluten.

I recommend homeopathic remedies for colds. Drugstores often have them now. I have a reduced immune system and if I take homeopathic remedies the duration of my illness is usually much shorter.

Hope you feel better! Getting sick in time for the weekend, and on holidays, is a bummer!

i'm thinking it could be a little bit of both. Luckily, it seems, the headcold part doesn't have coughing or a fever. Just a runny nose and a stuffed up head. I did however have a really bad sour stomach last night... so yeah...

I don't take anything unless i absolutely have to (such as a very high fever or if i seriously can't control coughing).
