Frozen Veggies

was wondering about frozen vegetables. I know to read the labels but was wondering if we have to always check deeper about cross contamination. I love green giant frozen veggies and was wondering if I should contact them and ask or if the ingredients saying just veggies is good enough? or do any of you eat this brand as well?

You can check their website and see what it says. Generally I consider frozen veggies ok if they have 3 or fewer ingredients and no gluten listed. So far that has worked ok for me on many brands. It is typical to blanch veggies before freezing, so ingredients often list vegatble x, water, salt.
