Leaky Gut Intolerances Help

Hi

I'm just wondering about what happens when you get a new intolerance with leaky gut? Does it make your gut go back to how it was when you first got leaky gut or does it heal faster when you cut it out? I'm thinking about going on a rotation diet so this won't happen anymore, but I already have barely anything to eat.

Also what supplements and digestive enzymes would help with leaky gut? Does L-Glutamine help a lot and are all brands safe or are there some that contain harmful ingredients?

I am getting into a rotational diet. I feel better. I think I have been trying it for about a month now. I was intolerant to nearly everything I was eating. I must eat things I don't tolerate well, so I eat them in rotation. I try not to repeat a food for atleast 4 days. I start my day at supper and end with the following lunch. That way I can have leftovers for lunch as I have for years.

      Trying to read my lab results

      Hi Scott, yes I have had symptoms for years and this is the second GI I have seen and he could not believe I have never been tested. He called later today and I am scheduled for an endoscopy. Is there a way to tell how severe my potential celiac is from the results above? What are the chances I will have the biopsy and come back negative and we have to keep...

      Constant low back, abdominal and pelvic pain!

      I agree christina, there is definitely many contributing factors! I have the pain today, my pelvis, hips and thighs ache! No idea why. But i have been sitting at work for 3 days so im thinking its my back. This disease is very mysterious (and frustrating) but not always to blame for every pain.

      Perhaps I should also have said that in addition to showing a very high response to gluten, her stool study showed that she had extreme reactions to everything achievement on it long course of microbials to treat that.
