I seem to see some posts where people have managed to text in bold, colour and underscore. Plus the only smiley I can do is !!
Where do I find out how to do these things?

I can't get them on the mobile site. Not sure if its just me or if that is true for everyone. I have smileys off another site and copied them.

I agree. I think the smileys can help show that you are making a joke or are confused but not trying to be angry.
