Hello! I'm looking fr a good doctor in Northern, Va. I live in Woodbridge, but would be willing to drive up around an hours distance if it means I get to be seen by a doctor who actually knows what he's talking about. Thanks!!

You can ask to join the DC celiac group on Yahoo. Search the message list for doctors and you will probably find recommendations. Cheryl Harris is a nutritionist in Alexandria who works with celiac patients. She may be a good source for doctors suggestions.

Thyroid cyst and nodules, Lactose / casein intolerant. Diet positive, gene test pos, symptoms confirmed by Dr-head. My current bad list is: gluten, dairy, sulfites, coffee (the devil's brew), tea, Bug's Bunnies carrots, garbanzo beans of pain, soy- no joy, terrible turnips, tomatoes, peppers, potatoes, and hard work. have a good day! :-) Paul
