What is this whole30? I am New to the celiac scene. I have not officially been diagnosed but have done my research for my symptoms. I do not have insurance and will try anything to feel better after 4 years! I am in pain now and I think it is from cross contamination. I discarded some regular four in the garbage and washed the dish and I feel bad. I cooked a gluten free meal and am guessing if I should put my gluten-free flour in the same container or just throw it away. HELP...am I going crazy?

Fructose is bad. I stay away from all sweet things except pure dextrose (in Smarties and pixie stix). Causes me no end of awfulness.

Hey Chaff, just read your other post about fructose intolerance. Glad you found something to try out.

I am looking at fructose intolerance, SIBO and histamines. Hopefully I will work something out :)

- Symptoms from 2001, maybe before. Across 20+ years, these have included, vomiting, D, migraines, headaches, recurrent miscarriage, inflammation problems (failure to heal from injuries) brain fog, anxiety and more!
- Elimination diet using Atkins, 2003 – excluded wheat, caffeine, quorn. 2005, excluded sesame, alcohol
- Started diagnosis route April 2012, blood tests, endoscopy – said negative, gluten challenge, clearly something very wrong, had to stop after 3 weeks.
- Gluten Free, August 2012, Corn Free, September 2012. Removed most processed gluten free foods.
- Genetic testing, December 2012 – negative – Diagnosis – Non Celiac Gluten Intolerance (NCGI)
- Elimination diet, January 2013 – all of the above plus dairy, legumes, all grains, sugar, additives, white potatoes, soy. Reintroducing sloooowly now. Health improving.

Celiac Mindwarp - How did the Whole30 go? I am on day 2. I hope this helps me figure out why I am having some of the same symptoms I had before going gluten free three years ago. Did it help you?

Hi, and welcome to the Forum.

This thread ended over a year ago and Celiac Mindwarp may not see your question.  Why not go ahead and start a new topic on the Whole 30.  You will get more feedback that way.

Good Luck.
