Does anyone get burning toes at night? Once in a while I get that and it lasts for 30-60 minutes but it is painful and wakes me up. Any ideas what it could be? I thought maybe glutened or food sensitivity.

Are your toes getting cold before this happens? Do they change/lose color? You may want to read about Raynauds. I have it, and it does effect my toes, but more so my fingers.http://www.mayoclini...disease/DS00433

I hope the link is clickable for you. I'm not so good at adding them.

If my hands/toes get too cold, my fingers will turn white(blood vessels narrow) when they get warm again(blood flow starts back) my fingers turn dark purple/red and burn.

How far you go in life depends on your being tender with the young, compassionate with the aged, sympathetic with the striving and tolerant of the weak and strong. Because someday in your life you will have been all of these.
