Hi there,

I was wondering if anybody knew if Datu Puti Soy Sauce was gluten-free. There is no wheat labelled on its bottle. The product is made in the Phillipines so just wondering if anyone had any first-hand knowledge.

To me it is not gluten free. A friend make me a dish using this brand and because it didn't say either way assumed it was fine. It wasn't. I use gluten free organic Tamari brand. They also make a non gluten free version so make sure its the right bottle. To me it's the best tasting of the few gluten free soy sauces.
