Lots Of Symptoms, Can't Eat At All!

Hello everyone, and thanks for reading. I'm a 21 year old guy that's been having a ton of problems lately.

My stomach has always been terrible growing up. I remember being 5 or 6 and always being in the bathroom spazzing. I continued to have issues throughout school, and ate like an idiot. Candy and pop for lunch/dinner, and I was lucky to hit 600 calories/day.

Because of my poor eating habits and this hidden issue, I am extremely skinny. I am 5ft7 and currently 120 pounds. I was at 127 pounds a week ago, but haven't eaten in three days. I don't want to eat because ANYTHING sends crippling stomach pain and groin pain.

It's 10x worse if the food is dairy or soy. Iv'e realized that these may be allergies, and took an allergy (poke) test. Came back as positive for Dairy, Soy and Wheat. I changed my diet and ate strictly gluten free for a month or two. It seemed like things were getting better and then the pain came back.

I have an appointment with a gastro doctor tomorrow, and i'm hoping he'll do the procedure with the camera to check on my intestines.

Has anybody else had any issues like this? Please help me, i can't even eat fruit anymore and i'm always tired/sick looking. My brain is foggy and my body aches like crazy. Migraines also come and go weekly.

I work all day in an office and it's effecting my life in a terrible way. I hate being dramatic, but i don't honestly feel like being alive anymore. It's become a battle that I feel i'm losing and can't take care of myself anymore.

Oh geez... that sounds awful. :( I hope your appointment goes well with the gastro... with symptoms that bad, it needs fixing fast.

My advice would be to try and eat only whole foods (nothing processed), try an probiotic (or a bunch), and perhaps try L-glutamine for healing and nettel tea for inflammation. Ibuprofen takes away som pain and can reduce inflammation too.

Good luck and best wishes.
