So the other day I went to the movies to relax. I wanted popcorn so I researched by checking sites and actually calling the theatre. Everything pointed to me eating popcorn. So I ate, then my stomach died for the next 2 days. I felt like my old self again. Apparently my gluttonous self wanted butter and what I thought was a confirmed gluten free thing, wasn't. So never doing that again. Also my symptoms from b4 going gluten free are gone. G-O-N-E! I actually got up this morning and ate breakfast 10 minutes after being awake. My mind is clear and my skin looks better, and I have been gluten free for 3 weeks. Neat! Sincerely- "insert adjective here" zombie.
